You will assist with the coordination of the workload in our service department to ensure a smooth flow.
You will also be tasked with providing training and direction to the technicians to support with development, efficiency and accuracy in their work.
This role consists of: Mentoring and training apprentice and service technicians Ensuring shop flow and work order assignments are aligned to ensure maximum efficiency in the shop Liaising with service manager in the planning, scheduling, arrangement of parts and efficiency of repairs in the shop Maintain a high level of quality control by inspecting repairs to ensure that the quality, workmanship and cleanliness is up to standard as required Maintain a safe work environment through day
