As a dedicated member of the Nutrition Food Service (NFS) team, you could make a significant impact by providing nutritious, healthy, high quality meal service to patients, residents, staff, visitors, and the community. This temporary 0.86 position is located at High River General Hospital.\n
You will be accountable for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a quality patient, resident, and customer experience. Under the general supervision of a Food Services Supervisor, you will use your customer service, teamwork and organizational skills to independently: Prepare, handle, portion and package food and beverages. Assemble trays in the kitchen and/or serve meals in a dining room setting.

Provide patient meal delivery and pick up. Order and put away unit supplies. Safely operate and clean industrial food service equipment. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards in accordance with AHS policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
\nCompletion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Physically capable to lift food, supplies and equipment up to 46lbs and must be able to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs. This position requires you to walk and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift.\n

\nBasic knowledge of and experience with computer applications. All new employees must be able to attend 1
