Required Experience

venue location; assists with the development of performance objectives and delivers performance reviews for direct reports as necessary\n
Schedules and supervises team members; verifies time and attendance; assigns shift work assignments; ensures appropriate coverage while minimizing operating costs
\n
Completes shift reports for management and for the next shift; tracks quality and guest issues and reports to management
\n
Assists with the screening and selection of new hires; organizes and tracks training progress
\n
Assesses guest alcohol consumption to determine removal or restriction decisions and delivers message to guest
\n
Orders front of house supplies as required; may participate in monthly inventory count
\n
Performs front line F&B; duties as required (Coffee Cart Server, Bartender, Expediter, Cashier)
\n
Offers F&B; expertise to internal and external customers
\n
Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments and team members
\n
Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, management, team members and vendors
\n
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
\n
Manages other initiatives as required
\n
Education and Qualifications
\nHigh School diploma; Post Secondary education in hospitality or suitable combination of education and experience\n
Food & Beverage experience
\n
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
\n
POS experience
\n
WHMIS an asset
\nAbility to successfully obtain a Gaming License\n
Ability to successful obtain a Smart Serve Certificate
\n
Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
\n
Computer literacy in MS Office
\n
