Position Summary:
Inspired by a commitment to excellence, Food & Beverage Shift Manager will assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily oversight of all departmental activities. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of proficiency and profitability for all divisions of the department: Dockside Restaurant, The Ice Cream Shop, The Upper Deck, Onboard Menu, Ivy Lea, and Private Charters. The Food & Beverage Shift Manager will contribute to the success of the operation by having diligent oversight of crew regarding all company standards & hygiene expectations, adherence to food handling best practice, local health unit standards, all while contributing to a safe and welcoming work workplace for all employees.
