About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safetyfocused 310T Fleet Truck Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of heavyduty trucks to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety standards. This is an excellent chance for a certified technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants longterm career stability.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavyduty trucks
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime
Service diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other vehicle components
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues
Complete repair documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Adhere to all safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards
Collaborate with team members while also working independently when required
Support occasional onsite repairs as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)
Proven experience working as a 310T Mechanic
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
Physically capable of lifting heavy parts and working in a handson workplace
Working Conditions
Primarily based in a wellequipped maintenance facility
Occasional outdoor or onsite work, including exposure to varying weather conditions
