Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or corporate finance
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Familiarity with Power BI and other data analytics platforms
Ability to clearly communicate insights across finance and operations
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, lending, or asset based businesses
Interest or exposure to automation, Copilot, or AI enabled finance workflows
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Financial Analysis and Management Reporting
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and year to date financial results vs budget and forecast
Translate financial results into concise, executive ready insights and recommendations.
Assist in preparing financial and performance reporting for management.
Support rolling forecasts, medium term outlooks, and annual planning cycles.
Maintain and analyze forecast assumptions across financial and operational drivers.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support leadership decision making.
Operations Decision Support
Maintain and analyze operational KPIs that drive financial outcomes, including but not limited to:
Pipeline conversion ratios (inquiries approvals
