Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management Manage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives You will also be accountable for the accounting duties and recording of financial operations University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting ~3+ years experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to financial close, consolidations, and reconciliations ~ Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis ~ Demonstrated passion for data accuracy, integrity, and documentation ~ Working knowledge of Dynamics NAV an asset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
