The Business Manager works closely with customers and the sales team to arrange financing, present protection products, and ensure compliance while delivering a skilled and efficient experience.
Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate transitioning into the Business Office.
Responsibilities
Arrange vehicle financing and leasing options
Present and sell extended warranties and protection products
Ensure all transactions comply with provincial regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and lender relationships
Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the finance process
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry (required)
Automotive sales or business office experience preferred
