To act as the finance business partner to provide financial expertise, support and collaboration to operations. To ensure financial P&L and balance sheet accuracy and adherence to ICS compliance and KN Guidelines.How you create impactPrepare accurate, timely customer invoicing including providing detailed backup data and KPIs where required, ensuring integrity of Customer Invoicing and P&L entries for purchases and spend for Customer profitability reportingProduce customer analysis and reports, ensuring accuracy to the Operational Management team and Customers as applicableUnderstands KN’s obligation to customer, including contractual factors e.G. CPI, Liability, termination, invoicing and other key contractual deadlines and develop external customer reporting in line with commercial requirementsWork closely in collaboration with AR team to monitor customer payments and to support credit limit requests and extended payment terms business casesMonitor spend against budget/forecast and provide variance analysis including detailed explanations and costings, ensure transactions are reconciledResponsible for daily administration and accuracy of timekeeping records and submission to payroll, ensuring that payroll costings are reported accurately against Customer Profit and Loss accounts and against budget/forecastMaintain and ensure cost accuracy and control the administration of purchases through internal Purchase Control system and ensure purchase ledger queries are resolved in a timely mannerDesign, develop and prepare, accurate weekly and monthly management accounts, including reporting of Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheet reconciliations, maintaining accuracy of accruals and prepaymentsWhat we would like you to bring3+ years’ experience in finance accounting / controlling environment or similar rolePreferably in logistics / transportation industryPreferably studying or experienced in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologyClear understanding of financial and accounting conceptsAbility to relay financial information to non
