Role Responsibilities Step into one of the Region’s most influential administrative leadership roles—where your strategic insight, operational excellence, and passion for service will directly shape the success of multiple high‑impact programs. As a senior leader within the Business Services Group, you’ll drive administrative direction, guide a talented team, and enable the Region to deliver exceptional services across diverse mandates and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Services Manager, this position is one of the two most senior administrative roles in the Region. You will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of all major administrative functions, including finance, contract management, manpower planning, client service, systems administration, and program support. Your leadership will ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies, acts, and regulations, while strengthening administrative excellence across multiple regional programs, branches, and partnering ministries. Guiding regional human resource administration to ensure consistent practices and adherence to standards. Implementing and maintaining general administrative standard operating procedures.
