Damar Security Systems, one of the largest independent integrated security providers in Canada, is currently seeking a Field Technician that specializes in ULC certificated fire/intrusion monitoring installation and routine inspections to join our team of field service professionals in Sarnia, ON. This position will fill an existing role.

Our field service team provides front line installation, service and customer support for our intrusion, card access, video and ULC certificated monitoring solutions. Members of our field services team are highly organized, passionate about saving lives and protecting property and stive to provide the best customer experience in our industry. Experience installing and inspecting ULC certificated fire and intrusion monitoring systems is a requirement for this role with preference given to applicants that hold a current CFAA certification.
Preference will also be given to candidates with previous field experience in the security alarm industry, experience using Sedona office, those in possession of existing technical certifications (DMP, AXIS, Open Eye, Alarm.com, DSC) and those possessing safety/operator certifications (Working at Heights, EWP, WHMIS). A high level of competence in computer software operation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working in a client's network or cloud environment is required.
