time position, you will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission standards. Your responsibilities will include detailed logging, following safety procedures, and maintaining customer relations throughout service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM’s and ETG’s
• Conduct diagnostics and software settings for optimal functionality
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintenance records
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Review customer issues and coordinate with management for solutions
Requirements:
• One year of experience in gaming devices assembly and repair
• Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
• Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent required
