Deep understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical setting, key drivers, Medical Affairs, regulations, and compliance

Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
\n
Proven leadership, development, coaching and management of individuals and teams
\n
Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to translate a strategy into an executional approach along with a plan for measurement
