You understand competitor products and capabilities, technically and clinically.
You partner with your territory manager and use financial and business metrics to understand the state of the business and achieve territory goals.
**Customer Leadership:**
As an FCS, you have customer and proctor relationships.
You offer relevant trainings, both technical and scientific, on Edwardsu2019s products, TAVI, and relevant cardiovascular topics (e.g. heart pathophysiology, valve replacement).
**Teamwork and Leadership:** You can work independently but remain a key member of the territory team.
You understand the THV organization and can foster an environment where sharing best practices is the standard.
You are a good listener and experienced in working with physicians.
You are a skilled teacher and able to provide advice, coaching and support to others on how to design innovative solutions to optimize process efficiency and implementation plan.
**What you''ll need:**
A bachelor''s degree or equivalent in related field with training experience in clinical / technical environment.
