PVR and PM Suite,
• Manage all contractors timesheets while ensuring all information is correct
• Communicate all requests/complaints/concerns with the Facilities manager
• Update and maintain phone and emergency contact lists
• Create and manage security badges and door access
• Assist site Foreman and all operations team members
• Edit and distribute yearly Transportation of Injured Workers Plans
• Distribute and maintain Gas monitor use and repairs
• Order coffee and all office supplies, PPE and service office equipment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of oil and gas administration experience

Hours: Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for a Field Administrator for their Field Office north of Athabasca. Staying in camp, this is a full time contract position working 7/7 schedule, 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee and distribute all fleet vehicles, schedule use of spares, book services and maintain site fuel cards
• Month end and KPI reports through Oplynx
• Use Maximo to create and complete corrective and preventative maintenance work orders, run progress reports, and edit all communication logs.
• Bookings of boardrooms, travel and room requests
• Invoices – coding, tracking and distributing for approval
• Editing and distributing correspondence and other department documents
• Complete daily books through Scada
