Required Experience

Inspect finished products for defects, thickness, and quality standards
Maintain tools, molds, and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety procedures in compliance with occupational health regulations
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in fiberglass/composite fabrication or similar hands

on trade (cabinet making, automotive bodywork, etc.)
Completion of secondary school; technical or trade training is an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Knowledge of composite materials and curing processes
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Physical ability to lift materials and work in a production environment
Valid driver’s license (asset)
Working Conditions
Manufacturing/shop workplace with exposure to fumes, dust, and noise
Use of personal protective equipment (respirators, gloves, eye protection) required
Handling of chemicals and resins with proper safety procedures
Schedule 8 hour work day, 40 hours/week.
