Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Check pivots and ensure that irrigation systems are running.
Inspect and maintain equipment with routine cleaning, degreasing and servicing.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Qualifications
\n
Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
Willingness to learn recent skills related to farming practices and equipment operation.
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
