Plant, thin, prune and harvest crops and Pack Fruit.
Operating basic farm tools and equipment
Cleaning and maintaining fields and equipment
Assist in irrigation
Following safety and hygiene standards
Other general farm duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or long hours during peak seasons
No experience required (training provided)
Farm or agricultural experience is a plus
Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
Must be a adaptable team player
Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Combination of sitting, standing, walking
