Required Experience

care. Document all visits and services, maintaining confidential and accurate records. Coordinate with Family Advocates, the Director, and external services. Plan in‑home sessions and support family‑led goal setting. Assist in creating promotional materials and organizing community events. Participate in partnerships with other departments to promote youth engagement. Ensure all information is documented and filed per department policy. Report concerns promptly to the supervisor. Other duties as required. Qualifications: Degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Services is an asset. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong time management, organizational, and independent work abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of local family values is an asset. Facilitating workshops and creating supporting material. Experience working with various family support programs and resources. Comfortable speaking publicly and writing reports. Ability to speak the local language is an asset. Knowledge of using database management systems is an asset. High standards of ethics and confidentiality. Transparent Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Must be willing to provide a clean Driver’s Abstract upon request. Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation. Location: Lac Seul, ON Term: Permanent Full Time Salary: Starting at $28.50 /hour*based on qualifications and experience. Hours: 35 hours per week Closing Date: Open until filled.
