The Family Peer Support Worker is an integral member of the Foundry care team and must have lived experience as a caregiver supporting a young person with mental health or substance use challenges. This experience is used purposefully and professionally to provide validation, hope and practical support to families. The role involves assisting caregivers with service navigation, education, and resource information while fostering collaborative relationships that promote holistic family health and well
