Are you the one we’re looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Family Home Visitor who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment; to our clients, families and each other.
The role of Family Home Visitor is to promote the healthy growth and development of children by supporting families in their homes, in person and/or via virtual technology, during various family stages (prenatal –school entry). As part of the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program, the Family Home Visitor, together with a Public Health Nurse (PHN), works with families to build on their strengths, develop their parenting skills and help them connect with community resources.

Language: English or French proficiency is preferred. Fluency in another language would also be an asset.

Hours: time position. The rate of pay is $21.20 per hour, at 40 hours per week.
