· Work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of working families.
Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood, Educational Assistant, Human Service Counsellor, Social Work, Education, Child Development, or another related field.
· Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
· Minimum of 5 years experience working with families and young children, or in a community support role.
· Strong understanding of family dynamics, child development, and community resources.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
