Job Summary: The Progressive Intercultural Community Services Society (PICS) is seeking a dedicated Doctor Instructor for the FCR Loans Program to deliver hybrid Medical Licensing exam preparation (MCCQE/NAC OSCE) and The CPSBC (College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia) registration guidance to Internationally Trained Physicians (ITPs). The role focuses on increasing exam participation, improving readiness, and accelerating progression into the Canadian healthcare workforce through professional mentorship and employer networking.
The FCR project specifically addresses employment barriers faced by skilled newcomer professionals, including internationally trained doctors, by offering career support and specialized resources to achieve the following objectives:
