Exciting prospect for a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee facilities management across remote sites. Drive effective maintenance strategies, ensuring service quality and compliance standards.
In this role, you will be the contact point for overseeing the maintenance operations within multiple remote camp facilities. Your responsibility includes providing guidance to diverse maintenance teams while managing scheduling and execution of daily tasks. You'll work closely with Maintenance Planners, ensuring timely completion of maintenance work across sites, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute maintenance activities across remote locations
• Provide technical advice and support to maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate maintenance needs to planners for effective operations
• Monitor and report on team performance and achievements
Requirements:
• 6 years’ experience in maintenance management
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience with CMMS systems required
• Valid Journeyman trade certification preferred
• Ability to travel to remote locations
