Required Experience

Out Bulbs: Maintain proper lighting for safety and aesthetic purposes, inspecting fixtures and performing minor repairs as needed.
Assist in cleaning and preparing outdoor wedding site before and after events.
Clean Firepits, removing ash, debris, and other materials.
Keep exterior logs free from dust and dirt.
Assist with grounds upkeep, maintain outdoor spaces, including yard work, waste management, monitoring guest parking areas, and assisting with wildlife control when necessary.
Provide support to the Maintenance team with various tasks and duties as required.
Job Requirements: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong work ethic with attention to detail Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid BC drivers license with a secure driving record Adaptable availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Handy, resourceful, and willing to learn new skills Experience with general maintenance, landscaping, or exterior building care is an asset Class 4 drivers license is considered an asset Why work at Island Lake Lodge?
