We are looking for a reliable and experienced Siding Installer with a minimum of 5 years of hands

Key Responsibilities
Install various types of siding including vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, wood, and composite siding
Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications and blueprints
Lead and supervise a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
Coordinate daily tasks, job site setup, and material organization
Ensure proper flashing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques are followed
Inspect completed work for quality control and accuracy
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in office
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of siding installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
Proven leadership experience or ability to lead a crew
Strong knowledge of siding systems, tools, and installation best practices
Ability to read blueprints and project plans
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Knowledge of safety standards and fall protection
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with soffit, fascia, and exterior finishing
Experience operating brake, scaffolding, and lifts
WHMIS / Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
