Support leadership development, succession planning, and capability building across teams. 5. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support Administer and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs aligned with market competitiveness. Partner with Finance to support payroll processes, audits, and reporting. 6. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards, health & safety regulations, and other applicable legislation. Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. 7. HR Operations & Systems Manage HRIS and employee data integrity, reporting, and analytics. Streamline HR processes and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Health, Safety & Workplace Culture Partner with operations to support a safe and compliant work environment. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources is a must. 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.
