Required Experience

weekly payroll and completion of payroll deduction submissions to government Completion and filing of all tax returns Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and make recommendations Protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors Ensures that financial risks are minimized Manages corporate budget and ensures that staff budgets are accurate, analyzed and compliant with legislation Assist in finding appropriate grants and preparation of grant submissions Follow all Company Safety and human resource protocols, policies and procedures Other duties as assigned. Requirements Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required; equivalent experience will be considered. Five (5) years of quantifiable job related experience including experience with accounts payable and receivable, account and bank reconciliations, auditing, payroll processing and financial services Member in good standing with the Manitoba Chapter of CPA Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices Excellent computer skills (specifically within MS Office programs and QuickBooks Online accounting software) An understanding of basic manufacturing principles. Ability to work as part of a team or independently in a busy setting Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Triple Green Products offers a competitive starting wage, comprehensive benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth.
