Asphalt Rakers
Screed Personnel
Roller, Skid Steer & Paver Operators
Skilled Labourers
Job Responsibilities
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Operate paving equipment and assist with asphalt placement
Perform daily inspections of equipment and complete minor maintenance
Understand asphalt mixes and paving processes
Assist with marking manholes and valves prior to paving
Shovel and assist with labour duties
Rake joints and seams
Load, unload and move materials around the worksite
Work well in team environments
Qualifications
Experience working on asphalt paving crews
Familiarity with paving equipment and worksite hazards
Ability to work outdoors in variable conditions
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with current driver's abstract
