We are currently hiring Experienced Asphalt Crew Members to join our 2026 busy construction season! Asphalt Rakers Paver Operators Roller Operators Screed Personnel Skid Steer Operator Skilled Labourers Job Responsibilities Follow all company safety policies and procedures Operate paving equipment and assist with asphalt placement Perform daily inspections of equipment and complete minor maintenance Understand asphalt mixes and paving processes Assist with marking manholes and valves prior to paving Shovel and assist with labour duties Rake joints and seams Load, unload and move materials around the worksite Work well in team environments Qualifications Experience working on asphalt paving crews Familiarity with paving equipment and worksite hazards Ability to work outdoors in variable conditions Valid Class 5 Driver''s Licence with current driver''s abstract What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Perks Profit sharing Company Share Ownership Program Ongoing training and development Opportunities for advancement Steady work during the construction season Many of our leaders started in field or entry level roles and we believe strongly in promoting from within.
