Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic operations and departmental oversight

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in public or business administration preferred
• At least 8 years in executive or senior roles
• Experience in First Nations governance beneficial
• Solid negotiation and mediation skills required
• Excellent communication capabilities essential
