Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review detailed estimates for infrastructure projects
• Mentor junior estimating staff and manage workflows
• Lead efforts to develop early phase cost models
• Perform assessments and simulations for cost risks
• Present project cost findings to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in an estimating role within civil/structural fields
• Technical qualifications or equivalent experience
• Preferred PQS, CEP designation
• Proficient in relevant estimating software
• Solid problem
