This is your chance to inspire and equip young people and vulnerable groups with the skills to launch and grow their own businesses. As a volunteer, you will: Assist in executing the Entrepreneur Strengthening Program, with the objective of completing 12 iterations of this program. Assist in carrying out the Psychosocial Support Program, aiming for 100 participants to successfully complete it. Assist in the implementation of the MUCURA Program, striving for 50 participants to finish the program. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience with livelihood issues and social development projects. Proficient in office software tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Essential Background: Experience in the planning and execution of social projects. Proven experience in facilitating courses or workshops. Knowledge of the migratory and economic situation of the Venezuelan refugee and migrant population. What’s in it for YOU? A life
