Position Details

Hours: day operation of a Bunge facility.
This will follow the program governance of 70/20/10 (70% hands on, 20% informal learning, 10% formal learning) Develop a thorough understanding of plant operations Demonstrate your level of understanding by responding to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors,or program manager Travel to other Bunge locations for training and exposure purposes Assist location and corporate staff in evaluating changing operational conditions Ability to communicate effectively with Bunge internal and external customers Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor''s degree in Engineering from a four year accredited college or university, Chemical, Mechanical, Agricultural Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls required.
Must be collaborative, results oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and constant change Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Analytical problem solving skills Proficiency in standard PC applications Standard internships hours 8 AM 5 PM subject to modification as required by assignment and/or location Ability to travel Collaborative, Respectful, Inclusive Agile, Empowered, Innovative Safety, Sustainability, With Integrity
