Collaborate on new product development through the Service VIGOR process, including service documentation, tooling, spare parts, and production launch support.
\n
Own the Service Hub’s quality processes by partnering with corporate and quality teams to conduct audits, reviews, implement corrective actions, and reduce negative customer experiences.
\n
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, tracking and reporting productivity gains and cost savings.
\n
Work overtime (OT) when needed based on operational needs Ensure collaboration and effective communication between the US and Canadian Hub operations.What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent experience).

5+ years in production

related engineering;

experience in service repair environments and new product development is highly desired.
\n
3+ years of people leadership experience.
\n
Lean/Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
\n
Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle and Korber One expertise is a plus.
