As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will oversee the Pickering Refurb Turbine Generator's definition and execution phases. Your leadership will bridge the consortium's project management teams and various engineering fields, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with project directors, engineering managers, and quality surveyors to drive successful project outcomes and the EHS culture.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate engineering tasks across consortium partners • Monitor progress and propose adjustments to meet targets • Support compliance with safety, quality, and budget standards • Lead communication on design integration issues • Champion EHS culture on projects
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 15+ years in nuclear power generation • Experience with CSA standards for CANDU plants • Strong background in Design Engineering and ECC • Skilled Engineer licensed in Ontario
