Partner with Finance to support payroll processes, audits, and reporting. 6. Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with Ontario employment standards, health & safety regulations, and other applicable legislation. Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. 7. HR Operations & SystemsManage HRIS and employee data integrity, reporting, and analytics. Streamline HR processes and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Health, Safety & Workplace CulturePartner with operations to support a safe and compliant work environment. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceMasters of Business Administration in Human Resources is a must.8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices.Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and day
