Your leadership will ensure we meet production targets while upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and cost control.
We’re looking for an experienced Energy Superintendent to join our Athabasca OSB Division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. This state‑of‑the‑art facility operates a 2nd Class steam plant and features the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world. Our operation is supported by biomass‑fueled energy systems, reflecting our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and modern manufacturing practices
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $95,250 to $127,000 per year.
