Position Summary:
The Employment Assistance Services Advisor provides employment counseling and career support to clients seeking employment, education, or training opportunities.
This role assists clients with job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and employment readiness while helping them identify and overcome barriers to employment.
The Advisor will also maintain client case files, track program outcomes, and work collaboratively with team members to support training and employment initiatives.
