Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, and experience working with low voltage and power tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, safety, and technical expertise.
Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations and repairs.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including wiring, lighting, control systems, and low voltage circuits.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Work on construction sites or industrial facilities to install recent electrical infrastructure or upgrade existing systems.
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Experience
Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Experience working with low voltage systems is preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers, and multimeters.
Familiarity with power tools used in electrical installations.
Background in construction or industrial electrical projects is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret technical documents accurately and work independently or as part of a team. This position offers a agile work environment where safety, technical skill, and attention to detail are paramount for success.
Pay: $35.00
