WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certified Tradesman (Electrician) with a Blue Seal certificate preferred.Additional Education Preferred: Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) membership.Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering or related technical field.Required Work Experience: 3

5 years of maintenance experience in cement or similar heavy industry.

Required Training/Certifications: Knowledge of industrial safety techniques and practices.Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP (PM, MM, PS), Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, TIS, and PLC troubleshooting.Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required away from the regular worksite.

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance tasks including motors, drives, power systems, and instrumentation.
\n
Experience in a unionized environment and ability to manage stress in critical situations.
\n
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (\"PPE\"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
