Job description*
\nThe Electrical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.\n
Responsibilities:*
\n· Directly servicing the customer and via phone\n
· Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
\n
· Maintaining a high level of customer service
\n
· Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
\n
Qualifications:*
\n· Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge\n
· Knowledge of the electrical business is essential
\n
· Valuable organizational skills
\n
Experience \\ Qualifications:*
Must have college education or plus 1 year of related experience within the electrical distribution industry or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service within the electrical distribution \\ industrial industry
