Role
We are seeking recent graduates to join our operations teams in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The successful candidates will be hired to be part of our Global Trainee (GT) Program. This program includes opportunities for training, international travel and networking.
The Global Trainee position contributes to a specific function while they learn, train and improve skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products and services. For this role we are looking for candidates with Electrical, Automation or Mechatronics Engineering degrees with less than 4 years of related professional experience.
During your time as a Global Trainee (GT), you will:

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $69,000.00– $90,000.00 annually.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
