Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code.
Other duties asrequired.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Registered as an
Apprentice
Electricianin Alberta and enrolled in a recognized
Trade
School.
Ability to work under the supervision of
Journeyperson
Electricians, as part of a team, and independently in a busy environment.
Experience with routine electrical maintenance operationsisan asset.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
Be able to work in asafetysensitive environment, at times managing live electricityin accordance withall safety protocols at all times.
Working Conditions Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
Commercial/Industrial setting.
Manual dexterityrequiredto use necessary tools.
Exercise caution, as the environment presents many naturally occurring hazards.
Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment).
Long periodsof standing.
Overtime asrequired.
Contacts Communication is primarily internal to the assigned work team and the
Production Supervisor.
