secondary program in child development and family studies (3 years);
Be a member of the College Early Childhood Educators of Ontario;
Minimum of two years of experience working with children;
Excellent oral and written skills in English and in French;
Knowledge of community and agency resources;
Sensitivity to people having various social, economic and cultural needs;
Have well developed organizational skills in order to prioritize work;
Ability to work effectively with teams from various program departments and community groups as well as representatives from the service sector and related skilled agencies;
Demonstrate empathy, tact, discretion and comprehension toward the participants and co

Participate in the formulation and drafting of agreements in partnership with community organizations;
Must have a valid driver's license and a car.
