Required Experience

process quality control, meticulously inspecting finished products for perfect edge alignment, adhesion, and overall finish.
Take ownership of machine performance by conducting routine preventative maintenance and proactively troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.
Drive production goals by working efficiently and independently, optimizing machine settings and workflows to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Uphold the highest safety standards by rigorously following all company protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures.
Inspect and prepare all raw materials, ensuring components meet strict quality and dimensional standards before the edgebanding process begins.
PREREQUISITES
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent skills and experience.
Minimum 2+ years experience working on an edgebander or similar machine, and 2+ years experience in manufacturing.
Must be organized and able to prioritize work activities based upon primary duties.
Is inquisitive by nature and driven by the "pursuit of excellence" to consistently ensure constant growth and achievement.
Demonstrates positive initiative working safely, reporting and participating in Environmental Health and Safety.
