Required Experience

site, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with various teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. The Working Foreman will serve as a key point of contact between project managers and field personnel, ensuring seamless communication and execution of construction activities.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
Utilize Top con survey equipment
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance
Provide guidance and supervision to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Assist in construction estimating and procurement processes as needed
Report project progress, challenges, and updates to senior management
Experience
Proven supervising experience in the civil construction industry
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Able to run multiple pieces of equipment
Strong understanding of safety protocols
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Applicants must be willing to work out of town or in town as needed. We offer a adaptable schedule for out of town work ie. longer shifts when needed, shorter shifts if everything is running on schedule. Truck and fuel card will be provided.
