You'll work closely with the customer experience team to manage internal systems and ensure that customer cases are processed efficiently. Maintaining effective communication throughout will enhance client satisfaction and streamline service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish communication with clients throughout case processing
• Lead level 1 support and coordinate with technical teams
• Maintain customer data across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with sales on diverse customer needs
• Ensure RMA documentation is correctly managed
Requirements:
• 5 years in a sales or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or similar field
• Advanced proficiency in English required
• Salesforce and MS Office experience preferred
