Cross dock Worker
Fastfrate Calgary
Fastfrate is hiring a cross dock worker with forklift experience to support a high volume LTL and container operation. This is a fast paced dock environment moving heavy and oversized freight.
Schedule
Monday to Friday to start on day shift
Shifts are assigned based on seniority and will change over time
Must be open to afternoons and other shifts as required
What you will do
Operate sit down forklifts to load and unload LTL and container freight
Stage and organize freight for outbound runs and warehouse storage
Handle long and heavy units safely and efficiently
Verify freight and complete required paperwork accurately
Support overall dock flow and keep freight moving
What we need
Proven forklift experience in a fast paced cross dock or warehouse
Ability to handle heavy and oversized freight confidently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team oriented with a sense of urgency
