Hire, train, supervise, and schedule team members to maintain efficient operations. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and labour costs to meet financial targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian health & safety regulations. Support local marketing promotions and implement strategies to improve store performance. Requirements Minimum 2‑3 years of restaurant or quick‑food management experience (drive‑thru experience preferred). Experience managing a team. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English (bilingual is an asset). Permanent residency required. Minimum High School Diploma.
